We do NOT collect any personal information.

Data You Create

When you use Poker Ledger Pro, you create and store poker session data including:

• Session dates and times
• Game types (cash games or tournaments)
• Stakes and buy-in amounts
• Cash-out amounts and profits/losses
• Session duration and location
• Personal notes
• Currency preferences
• Language preferences

All this data is stored locally on your device. We have no access to this information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We don't use your information because we don't have access to it.

Your data is used solely by the app on your device to:

• Display your poker session history
• Calculate statistics and generate charts
• Export data to CSV files when you request it
• Sync data to your personal iCloud account (if enabled)

3. Data Storage and Security

Local Storage

All your poker session data is stored locally on your iOS device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is protected by your device's security features, including:

• Device passcode or Face ID/Touch ID
• iOS sandboxing (app data isolation)
• Encrypted device storage

iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you enable iCloud sync, your data is automatically backed up to your private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit framework:

• Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
• Data is stored encrypted in your iCloud account
• Only you can access this data with your Apple ID
• We have no access to your iCloud data
• You can disable iCloud sync at any time in iOS Settings

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do NOT share your data with anyone.

• No third-party analytics services
• No advertising networks
• No data brokers
• No marketing partners
• No social media integrations

The only data sharing that occurs is when you explicitly choose to export and share your CSV files through iOS's native share functionality.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

How Long We Keep Your Data

We don't keep your data because we don't collect it. Your data remains on your device and in your iCloud account for as long as:

• You keep the app installed on your device
• You maintain your iCloud backups (if enabled)

How to Delete Your Data

You have complete control over your data:

• Delete individual sessions: Swipe left on any session in the app and tap Delete
• Delete all app data: Uninstall the app from your device
• Delete iCloud data: Go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Storage → Poker Ledger → Delete Documents & Data

6. Children's Privacy

Poker Ledger Pro is intended for users aged 18 and older (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

The app does not contain any age verification because we don't collect any data. Parents should monitor their children's device usage.

7. Analytics and Tracking

We do NOT use any analytics or tracking.

Poker Ledger Pro does not include:

• Analytics SDKs (Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Crash reporting tools
• User behavior tracking
• Advertising identifiers
• Cookies or similar tracking technologies

8. Your Rights and Choices

Because we don't collect your data, there's nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete. However, you have complete control:

• Access: All your data is visible in the app at any time
• Export: Export all your data as CSV files anytime
• Modify: Edit or delete any session within the app
• Delete: Delete individual sessions or uninstall the app to remove all data
• iCloud Control: Enable or disable iCloud sync in iOS Settings

9. International Data Transfers

Since your data stays on your device and in your personal iCloud account, there are no international data transfers by us. If you use iCloud, Apple may store your data in their data centers, which are subject to Apple's privacy policies and practices.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the new Privacy Policy on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• Providing an in-app notice for material changes (if applicable)

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
